Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Standard shipping within Australia takes 3–7 business days once dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order is shipped.
THRYV is not responsible for postal delays, lost parcels due to incorrect address details, or carrier-related issues once the order has left our facility.

Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes.
If you need to update your address or size, contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate before dispatch.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders let you secure your favourite THRYV pieces before they officially drop.
All pre-orders are charged upfront to guarantee your size and style.

Please note:

  • Estimated turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the end of pre sales.

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped once all items are ready.

  • Once placed, pre-orders cannot be changed or cancelled as production timelines are confirmed in advance.

  • Shipping dates are estimated and may vary slightly due to supplier or carrier delays — you’ll be notified by email if this occurs.
