Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

All products are quality-checked before dispatch.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact ggracec2004@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
Depending on availability, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
